Simple Landscaping
I need simple landscaping of my garden (less than 5 ares = 600 square yards)
You can do simple landscaping all by yourself, or you can ask a specialized gardening company to do it for you.
If you decide to do it yourself, we recommend you to at least use professional advice of a gardening company. The advantage of this (DIY) approach is that you will develop a very special connection with your garden, since you will shape it with your own hands. After a well done job, it will become a source of pleasure, and your joy of relaxation will multiply.
The disadvantage of the DIY solution is that even with the most conscientious approach, you will not be able to utilize all knowledge, procedures, and technology that a specialized company has at its disposal. This may result in the desired effect being delayed, and the cost increased due to the necessary repairs.
If you decide to use services of a specialized company, you will probably be interested in fast, single-purpose landscaping work around the house, or some other single-purpose facility.
The most frequent single-purpose landscaping services are: terrain shaping, seeding a lawn or planting a hedge. In comparison with “do it yourself”, a gardening company is able to use verified professional procedures while utilizing specialized machinery. For example, prior to seeding a lawn, soil composition has to be considered. As a follow-up, the situation has to be remedied, the optimal soil composition has to be achieved and the soil has to be properly aerated by means of specialized technology.
If the client is interested, an irrigation system can be installed- which proved to be very useful in past hot summers. Professional planting of grass seed will follow. After the grass germinates, additional seeding takes place, with weeding and first mowing afterwards. Following these activities, the lawn is ready to serve its purpose.
Sodding can be used as an alternative solution to seeding a lawn.

How to Proceed?
1. Define the way your garden should look following the landscaping work.
2. Contact LANTANA company with your vision.
3. Our staff member will invite you for a consultation in our office.
4. After mutual agreement, our staff member will visit your property.
5. Following successful consultations, a feasibility study will be developed, and later implemented according to its design.
6. Included in the documentation is a tentative budget, broken-down into the presumptive listing of materials and work tasks. Depending on how demanding the order is, some advance payment may be requested.
7. After the proposal is approved by both parties, a time for project implementation will be negotiated.
8. After the project is completed, you will receive a delivery statement, which will entitle you to an adequate one month's warranty service.

What is the cost?
Even though these modifications are considered to be simple, they can be more or less challenging- depending on terrain and soil characteristics, or on the client's requirements. The following price-list is only a tentative one.
